Chapter 611 - Chapter 611: Henwick's Witch

Diana did her best not to look at the pile of female bodies on the ground; some were still alive but barely, and given the wounds below their abdomens and their physical state, they were mostly as good as dead. Even if she wanted to save them, it would be pointless.

She continued to walk further inside, and at the end of the hallway, a beam of white light filtered in.

Diana hurried to the entrance; the salty, damp smell had lessened here, but what assailed her nostrils was another kind of unbearable stench—the smell of some creature's moldy, decaying corpse.

Diana stepped through the door and found herself in an even larger room, with wooden racks and various blood-stained childbirth tools on both sides. The ceiling above had a hole in it, through which pale sunlight streamed down, bathing two-thirds of the room in a dim light of low visibility, while the remaining third lay in deep darkness.
