Exalon's voice was loud, the sound waves bashing against the walls of the pyramid. He had spoken not just in the lion language, but also in telepathic waves.
His announcement spread far and wide, enveloping the massive black pyramid in his excitement.
What he said had confused all those who were inside. Numerous holes opened up in the walls as thousands of lions and lionesses peered through.

A heavenly gate opened right above the pyramid. All the lion kings could feel the pull of Conquering Essence.
Those kings who were not in the pyramid had not heard Exalon's announcement, but they felt the pull.
Heavenly Beacons had to have a source of energy for them to work. Formerly, the lion kings would fill it with their own power, which worked but only gave them half the enhancement.
