Actually, all of this is futile because if they were to break the cycle, why would they be caught in it here? They all know everything is wrong, yet they don't understand what the right and wrong are all about. They think it's all because of others but don't know what they themselves have done.
They have already sacrificed for themselves, already fought for themselves, even risked life and limb for themselves. What else can they do now? How should all of these be described? Do they possess something?
