Remaining in the water, Michelle lifted her hand to her face. The droplets that fell off weren't that of water. Though they were clear, they were much thicker and stuck together much more than water. So they were bigger than water droplets.
It was a bit surprising how much the water had changed even though Michelle had added only a bit of the ground poison into the tub.
But Michelle was more impressed than surprised. Since the poison was from Mavreth, she had somehow expected it to be extreme. Still, it left a deep impression on her. Her master really was almighty.
While deep in thought, Michelle didn't even really notice that she started getting drowsy. Her mind slowed down and her eyelids lowered. Within the next half an hour, she fell asleep.
The sound of someone clicking their tongue came from behind the closed window. But Michelle didn't wake up.
So Alexander just made his way in.
