Chapter 40 - She Was A Demon From Hell

Alice approached the van with deadly precision, her sharp heels clicking against the pavement. Her black two-piece outfit hugged her feminine figure, exuding a chilling mix of elegance and danger. The moonlight reflected off her raven hair and cold, calculating eyes. The few streetlights flickered, as if the world itself was afraid of her wrath.

Her expression hardened as she reached the vehicle. Without a word, she delivered a vicious kick to the side of the van, the impact sending a loud metallic clang through the air. Inside, the men were startled, their laughter and casual chatter dying instantly.

"Who the hell—" one of them began, but his words trailed off when they stepped out and saw her.

For a moment, they froze, stunned by the sight of her. Alice stood there, her posture calm yet menacing, her beauty almost ethereal. The black outfit accentuated her lithe frame, and the deadly glint in her eyes made her seem like an avenging angel—or a demon.. from hell.
