Chapter 356 - Clash of Titans

Landorus's gaze swept over Saul Badman and John, eyes filled with scrutiny as if searching for something specific.

Suddenly, its focus locked onto John, and it reached out to grab him.

The soil beneath John's feet erupted instantly. A massive Sand Tomb formed while earthen tentacles shot up to bind him.

Boom!

The muddy restraints crushing John were immediately shattered by powerful force, and in the next instant, he was teleported ten meters away.

Gardevoir appeared, completing Mega Evolution immediately, and positioned itself protectively at John's side.

In front of John, a Claydol materialized as an additional barrier, the white and elegant Pokemon standing ready for battle.

"Land-Orus!!" Landorus bellowed furiously, expressing its rage at John and Saul Badman's resistance.

As a god, when it chose to kill, resistance was unacceptable!

With a sweeping gesture, a Sandstorm erupted from the ground! The endless tempest immediately covered several thousand meters in radius. From the outside, it looked like a dust tornado rising from thin air!

"Why is Landorus attacking you?" Saul Badman frowned, asking the obvious question. Legendary Pokemon rarely attacked humans unprovoked.

Usually they harmed humans because their moves were too powerful and poorly controlled, or because humans harbored ill intentions toward them.

But judging from the current situation, this Landorus was specifically targeting John.

"Probably... because I took away its treasure?" John scratched his head uncertainly. He still wasn't sure whether the lengendary treasure he'd obtained was what people in this world referred to as godhood.

For the first time, Saul Badman, who could maintain his composure even if CaseOh collapsed before him, causing earthquakes and tsunamis, showed genuine surprise.

But after the initial shock, understanding dawned.

The last time John had been here was during the Breeders Camp last year, right? At that time, he wasn't even a Gym Leader yet.

Someone who wasn't even a Gym Leader had managed to steal a lengendary Item from a Legendary Pokemon like Landorus?

Regarding this, Saul had only one thing in mind:

'What a madman! Truly making me proud!'

"After we rescue Scarlett, I want to study that legendary treasure you stole from that Landorus," Saul Badman said, looking back at Landorus.

"A Landorus without divine a divine seat... heh, perfect timing!"

"I was considering having my Pokemon battle each other to generate enough power to tear open space. Its arrival saves my Pokemon from having to fight amongst themselves."

As he spoke, Saul Badman pulled out a Pokeball, enlarged it to the size of a grinding disc, and released it.

Machamp entered the battlefield, the same Machamp that had once coached John's Aura and fought alongside him.

Dynamax!

Machamp's body rapidly expanded from its normal two-meter height to hundreds of meters in an instant.

The championship belt around its waist blazed with brilliant light, three red clouds swirled around it, and magma-like lines appeared across its four fists.

Machamp at full combat power!

"In a moment, when Machamp and Landorus clash, Gengar will guide their power to reopen the spatial crack. Pay attention and seize the opportunity to enter," Saul Badman instructed John.

"But... what about you, Teacher?" John asked worriedly. If he left, Landorus would definitely focus all its fury on pursuing his teacher.

"Don't worry about me. It's just a Legendary Pokemon without a divine seat. Even if I can't defeat it, if I want to leave, it can't stop me!" Saul Badman radiated unshakeable confidence based on absolute strength. Looking at his expression, he even seemed eager to test himself!

Sensing Machamp's power in mid-air, Landorus couldn't help but frown. It raised its hand, and a small Sandstorm appeared in its palm, but unlike ordinary sandstorms, this one blazed with intense heat as if on fire!

Hurling it toward Machamp, a fiery dust tornado materialized instantly!

Rumble!

Wherever it passed, all trees and rocks were incinerated and destroyed!

"Sandsear Storm!" John gasped in shock. This Landorus had no sense of honor, why open with its exclusive ultimate technique?

"Do you remember the move Master Hank created?" Saul Badman asked, glancing at John.

John's mind immediately flashed to the scene of Master Hank's gigantic Machamp using "G-Max Elementalstrike."

The memory was vivid.

It was the first time he'd witnessed a super-exclusive move created by a trainer, how could he forget?

"He once taught me this technique, and I've upgraded it further!"

"Watch closely!" Saul Badman smiled, gazing into the distance.

Then he commanded with a punch motion:

"Machamp, G-Max Elementalstrike!"

"Machamp!" The extremely gigantic Machamp, hundreds of meters tall, blazed with light in its eyes as blue energy flowed across its entire body.

It was aura!

In the blink of an eye, one additional arm sprouted from each of Machamp's four arms, arms made purely of aura energy!

"Whoosh!" A gust of wind swept by.

Various energy lights flickered across the fists of all six arms.

One fist burned with raging fire, another was covered with frost, a third danced with golden lightning, a fourth glowed with brilliant white light, a fifth flowed with dark depths, and the sixth was wrapped with invisible air currents.

Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Dynamic Punch, Shadow Punch, Mega Punch.

Six punches unified.

No!

Along with Saul Badman's punch gesture, Machamp struck simultaneously in the style of Bullet Punch.

"Ora ora ora ora ora ora...!"

In an instant, the world exploded with various colors, a fireworks display of devastating power!

John stood speechless.

He'd seen a similar scene before, but the fireworks that time were far less spectacular than this display.

No wonder Teacher had called this an upgraded version of the G-Max Elementalstrike!

Using aura power to condense additional arms, then executing multiple punches simultaneously.

Don't be fooled by its apparent simplicity, having a Pokemon use multiple Attribute moves simultaneously for attack increased difficulty geometrically with each addition.

And don't forget, condensing waveguide power into functional arms during combat required extraordinary timing.

This level of aura control, mastery over punching techniques, and the special skill of coordinating six different actions simultaneously required tremendous experience and time.

This punch contained at least forty years of accumulated skill!

"Now!" Saul Badman suddenly shouted.

John snapped back to attention. In mid-air, countless fists collided with the scorching sandstorm, and the tremendous force, guided by Gengar, had already torn open a massive crack.

A tall tower flowing with brilliant sparks flashed through the fissure.

That was it, the world Professor Scarlett had entered.

"Gardevoir, Teleport!" John immediately sprang into action.

In the next instant, John and Mega Gardevoir appeared before the spatial crack, having crossed hundreds of meters in a heartbeat.
