"Brother-in-law, what sort of sound is that?" Grace Lopez clutched James Brown's arm, her face somewhat pale.
James Brown gave a slight smile and said, "It should be a bear."
"There can be bears on this island?" Sarah Utah asked in confusion. She had been scared pale initially, but hearing James Brown say it was a familiar animal now made it seem less frightening. The scariest part is not knowing what it is.
James Brown nodded and said, "I feel it should be about right, that sound is very similar to a bear's."
Emily Lopez immediately asked, "Brother-in-law, can you beat a bear?"
Lucy Campbell chuckled lightly and said, "Of course he can, a bear is certainly not as scary as a shark, right? James was able to kill a shark in the sea, dealing with a bear on land shouldn't be a problem."
