Anthony took a few steps back.
Charlotte bellowed at him, "Even if she's Zane's subordinate, it doesn't mean she deserves to be treated like this. How could you do this to her? You're such an inhuman man!"
Hearing that, Anthony was pissed. "Do you think I won't hurt you just because they get your back?"
"Sure, come at me!" Charlotte swung the hot iron in her hand.
"What are you waiting for? Send her to the hospital!" Charlotte shouted at the nurse and doctor.
Anthony was still trying to stop Charlotte. Meanwhile, James said, "Anthony, let them send her to the hospital."
"What?!" Anthony could not believe his ears.
"Charlotte was right. What we did to the woman was inhumane. We shouldn't cross our lines. Dealing with Zane is our own business. It has nothing to do with Charlotte," James said.
Anthony was stunned after hearing what James said.
Meanwhile, a tiny figure appeared in Icy Land covered in frosty snow.
It was Phoenix. There was a little white dove on his shoulder.
