Mirai shook his head helplessly at Shisui's smooth talk.
"You've changed, Shisui. Becoming the Uchiha clan head has taught you a thing or two."
Shisui quickly waved his hands. "Compared to you, I'm still far behind."
"If it weren't for you, the Uchiha clan would've been crushed by Sarutobi Hiruzen and his cronies by now."
With practiced ease, Shisui sliced the grilled meat, plated it elegantly, and pushed a portion toward Mirai.
"I often reminisce about those days when I'd come to your house to freeload meals. You were always busy with the war, and I'd help clean your place, carrying buckets of water. But now, your estate is filled with servants, so there's no need for me anymore…"
Mirai interrupted him. "Enough talking. Just eat."
Shisui beamed, his eyes curving into crescents. "Then I won't hold back!"

After the meal, Shisui wiped his mouth contentedly and sighed.
"Mirai-senpai, your cooking is as amazing as ever."
Mirai waved off the compliment with a smile. "Alright, what's the real reason you're here?"
Shisui's expression turned serious. "We've found the hideout of Zetsu and Uchiha Madara."
"No… actually, they deliberately revealed their location."
Mirai raised an eyebrow. "Where are they?"
"The Land of Rivers."

Situated between the Land of Fire and the Land of Wind, the Land of Rivers had a mild climate, beautiful scenery, and abundant water resources. The country was famous for its hot springs, and even its ninja village was named Yugakure—the Village Hidden in Hot Water.

Mirai smirked. "Obito, you don't need to bother hiding your identity in front of me."
At his words, Uchiha Obito removed his mask. "When did you figure it out?"
This was the question that had plagued him for years.
He had never left any trace of his true identity, so how had Mirai known?
Mirai raised a single finger and said lightly, "The first time we met."
"The first time?" Obito frowned. "I don't remember revealing any flaws."
Mirai chuckled. "It wasn't exactly a flaw. It's just that no matter how much you try to hide, you can't erase that distinct aura of a loser."
Hearing this, Obito clenched his fists in anger. "You're mocking me again, you bastard!"
Seeing Obito on the verge of exploding, Mirai continued, "Since I answered your question, it's only fair you answer mine."
