Quagmire within his concealed position that he moved into earlier, which was behind a weathered stone that stood tall, just enough for him to fit behind without being seen, he surveyed the ghoulish settlement with an intense gaze and tactical precision.

The ancient structures of what seemed like a city stretched across multiple terraced levels carved into a cavern wall, and his eyes dilated as he saw its beautiful and natural architecture blended into haunting craftsmanship that was mixed with the crude and brutal ghoulish modifications.

The lowest of the houses could only be described as livestock pens. Dozens of myriads huddled in cramped places, their once-vibrant forms now dulled by abuse and suffering. His gaze sharpened as he stared unblinking, his jaw tightening as he saw some myriads he recognized.
