Once Charlotte reached level 15 after obliterating a level 21 Armoured Bear with a barrage of bullets, she immediately turned to Arthur with eager enthusiasm.
"What's next? I feel like I could keep going! There's a whole pack of—"
"Stop," Arthur interrupted gently but firmly, raising his hand. "Before we continue, we need to address something important that we've been neglecting."
He had thought that he was a battle maniac, but it turns out that his sister was more of that than he was.
Charlotte blinked with confusion, the glow of mana fading from her fingertips. "What do you mean? I'm doing fine, aren't I?"
"You're doing excellent," Arthur confirmed. "But you haven't allocated any of your attribute points yet. You've gained 14 stat points from levelling—one per level from 2 through 15. We need to spend those before you fight anything stronger."
