They ate in silence.
Kent knew that she would start asking questions soon, so he didn't bother asking her any questions throughout the meal.
The silent treatment wasn't him being petty; instead, he merely wanted to see how far Adina would go to keep her distance from him.
After all, Kent came there for a mission, and knowing his life was linked to hers wasn't something he took lightly. If he were there on his own accord, he wouldn't mind teasing her in an attempt to get her to open up.
Even so, Kent had already made plans to get them closer to their destination, so being friendly to her was but a side quest he wasn't planning on taking seriously.
