"Wait for me outside," Kent said to Adina, who nodded and walked out of the cave.
"Alright, time to get to work." Kent took out some items he had purchased from the tower. With a tower that could get him almost anything, he saw an opportunity to make sure whoever follows their trail experiences a world of pain.
⟦I have to ask, master, what makes you think anyone would be able to pick up your trail and come here?⟧
Kent laughed. "You are still a green tower. Why do you think I fought those bastards? I did that just to leave my aura there.
Naturally, I could have used the [Rule Breaker] to cancel out my aura there and do the same for Adina. However, I chose to fight them with the main goal of leaving our aura behind.
Now, if you are looking for someone and see a battlefield, the first thing you would do is sense the various auras and follow the ones that got away.
