The rule of the jungle that says, 'the strong take all,' is perhaps an undisputed rule.
This rule is not merely words spoken to instill fear in the weak and lower class.
It is a rule that governs the kingdoms of beasts, demons, and even humans.
In fact, if one takes the universe into perspective, no world would want its leader to be extremely weak. They would want their leader to be able to stand firm and face danger head-on without fear.
They would want their leader to lead them to victory and back.
They would want their leader to be a symbol that many would look up to. The authority that cannot be disobeyed. The pillar that cannot be broken easily.
Of course, low-level worlds with no cultivation can have weaker leaders. But even in such weaker worlds, a pack of wolves has the Alpha.
In a way, this rule is universal, and even deep in the unforgiving trenches of Hell, this rule is taken to heart.
