Lyna had been on the move for the past 7 months straight. She went from one planet to another, one teleportation channel after another, always on the move, not even stopping to have a moment of respite.
She had faced many challenges along the way, but because of the importance of the trip she was on, she persevered through it all.
Finally, looking at the blue planet just within arm's reach, she allowed herself to breathe and smile a little.
"I am finally here."
A few minutes later, a flying ship so large that it was able to transport thousands of people landed on Planet Mekyn, home of the Flame Humans, Ice Demons, and Elves.
The moment the ship landed—well, hovered a meter off the ground—Lyna jumped down and vanished into the crowd. Soon, she approached a teleportation platform.
"Hello, beauty, where do you intend to go today?" an Ice Demon, not too handsome nor too ugly, asked, a line of smoke escaping the corner of his lips as he pulled back a long pipe.
