Every disciple, regardless of where they are and what they are doing, had to drop everything and focus on the unannounced Sword Bridge challenge.
"Who is that kid?" a core disciple asked, sheathing his sword since he was in the middle of practice when the Sword Bridge projections appeared.

"Look at his clothes. Those aren't something a disciple of this sect would have." The disciple who said these words was clad in a grey robe, a privilege reserved for core disciples.
Jest's brown leather robe is in no way the official wear of the sect. Not even the outer region disciples will wear something like that.
