In the deepest layer of Hell,

the throne room of DxD's Cardinal world of DxD glowed with a dark, living aura. Sitting on the high throne was Rizevim Lucifer once known as Rizevim Morningstar, known to the world as Son Lucifer(Helel)—and Lilith, brother to Charlie Morningstar.

Rizevim had changed his name drom Morningstar to Lucifer for a reason. He had noticed something.

If they already call me evil… then I will show them what real evil is.

He remembered the anger of his father, the suffering at the hands of his grandfather. He had taken the very image that the followers of the Most High had painted of his father in Earth as Evil … and now he wore it proudly. If they call him a devil… I'll be the devil they fear.

A demon named Euclied stepped forward, bowing.

"My lord, the prison project is working. He is misguiding people as you wanted. But there's a matter with our seventy-two clans…"

Euclied's voice grew lower.

"When the Most High arrived in Hell, many of them perished. Only thirty-two clans remain. Sirzechs of the Gremory, Zekaram Bael, even Serafall sitri and Akuja… their young protégés are dead. This is good for us. They were planning a coup against you. But…"

Euclied hesitated.

"For Now as Lucifer-sama, and Lilith-sama are not here. Miss Charlie is ruling another part of Hell. You currently hold six hells out of seven under your control. But the Gremory, Bael, Astaroth, and Phoenix clans are trying to form another coup. What should we do?"

Rizevim was silent for a moment. Then he threw his head back and laughed—a deep, dark, echoing laugh.

"Those people… they don't even have a unique skill. They don't even have a normal skill! Just empty schemes!" His eyes glowed as his laughter grew louder. "And they think they can defeat me? Go against me?"

He stopped laughing and leaned forward, eyes like burning coals.

"Let them. Let's see what they can do."

He shifted his gaze back to Iqlid.

"Tell me. How's Dajjail's work going?"

Euclied nodded quickly.

"Sir, it's going well. Dajjail has managed to influence Vishnu. He's making him obsessed with balance… but only toward good. Always 'good'. He's forgotten that real balance means good and evil both. The Rakshasa and Aura's were also his creations, but now he ignores them. He gives attention only to the Devas, while abandoning the other side. Those who once worshipped him have turned to Shiva instead of Vishnu."

Rizevim 's lips curved into a cruel smile. His wings unfolded slowly, casting long shadows across the throne room.

"Good… everything is falling into place."

Rizevim said calmly, leaning back on his throne. His crimson eyes glowed like burning coals. "Now… where is the Dajjail?"

Euclied shifted nervously. "My lord… well, you see… he's currently repairing himself."

Rizevim 's eyes narrowed. "What?" His voice cut through the hall like a blade. "Who in the living Hell could defeat him? I enhanced him myself. He's on solar… no, above solar level. He's almost reaching galaxy level. Who could defeat this so-called god? Vishnu couldn't, Ra couldn't, Kronos, Uranus, even Gea and the other Primordials couldn't defeat him. How was he defeated?"

Euclied swallowed hard. "My lord… it was none other than Saleh. The new Prophet of the Most High… your grandfather's Prophet."

Rizevim exhaled sharply, his wings twitching once. "Of course… it must be his Prophet." He rubbed his forehead. "How long will it take him to repair himself?"

"My lord, about fifteen years," Ikhved said quietly.

Rizevim sighed. The sound echoed through the hall like a storm.

"My lord," Euclied spoke up, stepping forward carefully. "There is… one more matter."

"What is it?" Rizevim 's voice was heavy but curious.

"It's about the Gremory, Sitri, and Astaroth clans," Euclied said. "They have new heirs. From the Gremory clan, Rias Gremory. She has the same potential as her late brother. From the Sitri clan, Sona Sitri, with the same potential as her sister, Serafall. And from Astaroth… Deodara Astaroth. He has the same potential as his late brother, Akuja. What should we do with them?"

Rizevim 's lips curved into a slow, dark smile. His eyes glinted with excitement.

"As I said before… let them grow. Let them think they're strong. It will be fun watching these little cockroaches stand up against me."

He leaned back, his claws drumming on the armrest.

"By the way… any news from your sister, Grayfia, about my sister Charlie in the First Layer of Hell?"

"My lord," Euclied said, bowing, "Miss Charlie is busy managing the First Layer as usual."

Rizevim chuckled softly, a rare warmth in his voice. "Hmph… that's just like her. She likes to handle things herself."

Despite his dark aura, his face softened for a moment. He loved his family deeply—his father, his mother, his sister. His mother had already reincarnated to meet his father, and now only his sister remained with him.

"You can go now, Euclied," Resvim said.

"Yes, my lord," Euclied replied, bowing before leaving the throne room.

Rizevim sat in silence, staring at the empty space ahead of him.

"Two hundred more years…" he muttered under his breath. "Two hundred years… and I can break this cursed seal placed on me by Enoch."

His wings spread slowly, their shadow filling the entire hall but he felt hollow as he Can't go Earth and Corrupt Human's.

In the Cardinal World of Tensura…

Samael stood tall, his wings spread, glowing with True light. He looked at his younger brother Dino, who now carried black, fallen wings.

"Do you know why I asked Father to take away your heavenly power… for now?" Samael's voice was calm but sharp. "Do you understand?"

Dino lowered his head. His once-bright aura was dim, his eyes heavy with regret.

"Yes, brother," Dino said quietly.

He remembered everything—the rage, the blood, the mistake.

He had massacred the corrupted elves, their bodies controlled by Jahil. Jahil, the arrogant emperor of the High Humans—born from Samael's own design, modeled after Helel and Given Life by there Father . Despite knowing who the Creator was, Jahil cursed Him. Many had gone against the Creator before—angels, humans, even their own brother Helel, the Morningstar. But cursing Father Himself… that was something Dino could not accept.

And worse, Jahil had tried to use the elves to control Dino—forcing him to strike Samael, his own brothers, in heaven of Tensura.

"I am a Stupid fool…" Dino muttered, remembering his rage. His fury had boiled over. He slaughtered the corrupted elves without hesitation. But Jahil's sins didn't stop there—he had twisted the elf emperor's daughter, disfiguring her, turning her into a male vessel with cruel magic, just to use her body if his own died.

The thought alone made Dino's blood burn again. He could have waited. He could have used patience, used his power of reality manipulation to undo it all. But instead, blinded by anger, he destroyed countless innocent lives along with the guilty.

And that was against Father's law. The Creator had always said: Out of anger, you must never harm the innocent who stand against you not.

In the end, Samael had to come. Samael revived the innocents Dino had killed, removed Jahil's soul from the elf emperor, and healed the broken daughter, restoring her body. He put Dino unconscious and explained everything to the people.

Now Dino was awake again. Awake… but different. His heavenly power was gone. His radiant wings had turned dark. He was now a fallen angel.

He clenched his fists but did not fight it. He knew the truth. His Father was all-knowing. Samael hadn't needed to say anything—Father already knew. This punishment was no accident. It was a lesson.

"I accept it, brother," Dino said, his voice firm even as sorrow filled his heart. "I accept my punishment. I deserve it. Because of my anger, innocent people died. Because of me, so much conflict was born. I was the reason."

He looked at Samael, his fallen wings trembling.

"I've lost my connection to Father. I can still feel Him everywhere, but… that closeness, that bond, it's fading. I don't want that. I want to return. I'll do anything… anything to repent and regain my angelic power one day."

Samael watched his brother. His expression was unreadable, but his eyes carried both sadness and respect. Dino had fallen… but he had not lost his heart.
