"I'm home," the door of our house burst open with Zahi brightly smiling on the other side. His travelling bags in one hand as he did a little dance. Practically high off air as he sniffed our vanilla scented house and let out a loud hum.
"Hi Zahi," Rodney and I said in unison from the dining table before we continued focusing on our inspiration for Friday's photoshoot.
"Wow okay," he plopped his bags down in disappointment, "no, oh my gosh you're home! We missed you so much. Is this because you spent the weekend with the Pereiras? That you barely missed me."
"I'm just kidding," I loudly laughed and ran to him to give him a hug and firm kiss on the cheek. "I'm sorry we just had some very stressful news at work. How was your trip?"
