Gu Peng found a chair and sat down. The room was quite messy, with dishes and bowls left on the table with remnants of food.
Hui Zi noticed his gaze and awkwardly began to explain, but Gu Peng wasn't interested in listening. He said directly, "I haven't eaten yet. Get me something to eat."
Hui Zi readily agreed, "Alright, I'll get Yanzi up to cook you some side dishes and make a bowl of noodles, how about that?"
At the mention of Yanzi, Gu Peng thought of the woman who had clung to him and frowned slightly, "No need for her, just go buy it from outside."
