Linda cried out in pain and fell to the ground.
Susan couldn't be bothered to argue with Su Li; she quickly released Su Li's arm and exclaimed, rushing towards Linda on the floor.
"Linda, are you okay?"
"Su Li, you're too cruel. How did you turn out like this? I'll tell Uncle and Aunt," Susan said angrily.
Su Li raised an eyebrow, seeing that Linda and Susan finally stopped their antics. Only then did she snort coldly and let things go temporarily.
She climbed back onto her bed, covered her head with the blanket, and ignored the other two in the room.
Linda still wanted to make a fuss, but the faint pain in her knee kept her quiet for the time being, and she subconsciously spoke and acted more gently.
It's really spooky; a quiet person's outburst is terrifying.
Who would've thought that the usually quiet Su Li, once angered, could be so frightening, her glaring eyes almost devouring her.
Susan still wanted to say a few words to Su Li, but Linda stopped her.
