"The second lead is Ye Mu?" Upon learning that the second male lead in the film she was about to act in was the recently popular Ye Mu, Zhou Linxia was quite happy. After all, popularity means attention, and as a newcomer paired with a rather ordinary lead actor whose face was hard to remember despite many years in the industry, the addition of Ye Mu would surely draw attention to this film, wouldn't it?
The plot of the film "Shengxia" primarily takes place in the summer, and with graduation season coming in a few months, releasing it then would undoubtedly maximize profits. Therefore, once the main actors were confirmed, filming eagerly started.
When Ye Mu was filming this movie, Ye Qiu didn't accompany him. Instead, she went back to fulfill the promises she had made to directors, producers, and actors to cook private meals for them. This hiatus lasted quite a while, and those who had tasted her cooking were already impatient.
