"Chuqing and I have been best friends since childhood. We agreed that we would both enter the entertainment industry—she would act, and I would sing. However, Aunt Ye was always against it, so Chuqing and I often snuck out."
Speaking up here, Li Xinhe smiled sheepishly: "Little girls, you know, can't help but be playful. We'd spend the whole day at the film studio and sometimes forgot to do our homework. We'd get scolded by Aunt Ye, but isn't that normal? How did it turn into abuse when it reached those big V's mouths?"
"Some media even say Chuqing had a hard time growing up. Isn't that normal too? Aunt Ye was the only one earning money at home. After school, Chuqing had to help with chores, like washing dishes. That's normal in ordinary families. So why does it sound different when it's Chuqing and Aunt Ye?"
