I have no idea what to think about this.
Whether it is a good thing or a bad thing, I can't decide at all.
It was nice and all to get everything that I wanted at the right time, but nothing comes for free. There is always a price, and anything that comes for free extracts the greatest price.
So, whether I should be happy for gaining a beast egg at this point or be sad that what I would have to pay in the future for this, I can't decide.
Moreover, there is the academy.
Unlike the secret realm where we took the exam, this was under complete surveillance of the academy. There is no way that they would have missed out on what happened. Even if they didn't witness it at the moment it happened, there should be a recording of what happened.
They could always watch it later and would see that I fell into the pit.
Though I doubt that there are any cameras here, there is a chance that there is one. All these years, how could they have missed this place?
