After a few more days where we had some standard boring classes and some classes where they taught us the basics of heroes, as well as doing some days of physical practices, the day came where we would have our first heroism class.
At lunch where my classmates continued eating the food from the cafeteria and I had my lunch prepared at home, we met Yui and Reiko, as well as new friendships that were slowly forming with Setsuna, Kendo, Shihai and Kojiro, although we were still in the part of getting to know each other, it could be said that we were in a good stage of relationship between everyone.
-Finally the heroism class is today - I said excitedly, because surely with this class we will truly begin the real practices in facilities like the USJ.
-You look very excited about that class Shinzen - said Kojiro somewhat impressed by the burst of emotion he had suddenly had.
-Well, how could I not be? - I said with a cheerful tone that was a little less noisy when I suddenly brought up the subject when my brain remembered - today we will have our first experiences of what it is to be a hero.
-Yes, I also agree - Shihai said as he joined the conversation - it's not that the exercises and theoretical classes of heroes are unnecessary, but as aspiring heroes we should be excited to start what we signed up for.
-I wonder who will be the one to give us the class - Kojiro said as we began to talk about the subject - there are many trained heroes who could give us that class, although my main candidate would be Vlad King considering that he is our main teacher.
-According to what I heard from class 1a yesterday it would be a different teacher - I said remembering the canon, but I had also heard a conversation from members of the other class when I was heading to my house - it must be a teacher that perhaps we do not know yet, to greatly arouse the interest of the members of class 1a.
-That only makes the matter more interesting – Shihai said a little curious about the situation – in reality that would only mean that he is a high ranking professional or a retired veteran.
-We have no choice but to wait, because coming up with some ideas suddenly can only generate expectations that are not met later – I said and then focused my attention on the girls' conversation – hey Setsuna how are you doing with the math work that I asked you to do ahead of time.
-Oh well Shinzen I'm still finishing some of the exercises – Setsuna said focusing her attention on me – they are even more difficult than I thought, but tell me, how are you doing with the subject?
-I already finished mine since the weekend – I said as I began to eat my meat buns that I had prepared that morning – do you need help?
-It would help me a lot – Setsuna said a little embarrassed to find out that I had already finished my part of the work and she had fallen behind on some exercises that she herself had chosen when we distributed the exercises – When do you have time to meet after school?
-I have time today – I said quickly remembering that I was working on a new technique and I didn't want to take too long to solve this issue – can you accompany me after school?
-Sure, then I'll see you after school – Setsuna said before turning her attention back to the topic the other girls were talking about.
-Shinzen, what did you prepare today? – Reiko said as she turned her attention to me after being quiet most of the time while the other girls talked – it smells different than what you've prepared before.
-They're meat buns, it's just that I prepared the meat differently and I put a new cheese than the one I usually use – I said as I started talking to Reiko – I put a chili sauce on the meat that I saw on the internet and I bought a cheese of Dutch origin that the supermarket where I usually buy started selling.
-Can I try one? – Reiko said curious and used to the fact of trying what I cooked.
-Of course – I said taking a meat bun and leaving it on Reiko's plate, who after a few moments took the bun and took a bite, changing her expression to one of pleasure for the food.
-It's very good – said Reiko taking another bite of the meat bun – the chili is not very spicy, but it has a lot of flavor and the cheese tastes better than the ones you usually used in your previous dishes.
-Well I couldn't put much spice on it because I ran out of chili and I didn't buy any when I went to the supermarket this week – I said while Reiko's expression changed a little when she remembered that I usually liked dishes with extreme ingredients.
-I think you should stop making your dishes so full of flavor – said Reiko as she finished the meat bun – I still remember those ribs in honey mustard that tasted very full of sauce and you could barely taste the meat.
-Well, I know that I usually overdo it with my dishes, but since that incident happened, every time you come to my house and I prepare something for you, I leave it the way you usually eat it - I said, a little annoyed by the questioning of my tastes.
-That doesn't take away from the fact - Reiko said at my comment - but I can't help but admit that every time you surprise me with the delicious and strange dishes that you usually give me.
-I only cook dishes from other countries - I said as the bell suddenly rang - well, I think the teacher's doubt will end soon.
