The entire Task Center was unusually filled with Hope Village residents, rather than travelers from other territories.
Many of these Hope Village residents were just normal folk trying to get by within the territory.
This scene made many people who joined Hope Village later, as well as tourists, feel strange.
Dragons, is there a need to be that curious?
