The next morning, Zhou Zhengping and Ding Qiurou went out, leaving Zhou Bai alone at home.
Today, Zhou Bai had no plans to venture out, so he continued to organize the remaining maps at home, where it was safer to do so.
The first maps Zhou Bai organized were those of the territory where he resided.
To the north, the largest city was Vitali City, led by one of the Four Dukes. Compared to the other three, this Duke's power was the smallest.
This was because Zhou Bai had noticed two rather famous territories on the map: Hastings City and Delisha City. Hastings City was almost a neighbor to Vitali City.
Usually, a small region wouldn't allow two such powerful territories, but Hastings City had encroached upon Vitali City's sphere of influence. It was clear that the benefits originally belonging to Vitali City had been diluted by Hastings City.
