Qingran and Xie Ying'an had breakfast together in the cafeteria.
Too many secretive eyes were watching them, making Qingran's decent breakfast tasteless.
It was almost 7:30 am by the time they left the cafeteria, and since her three roommates hadn't replied to her messages, they were probably still asleep.
On the way back to the dorm, Xie Ying'an asked her, "Where are you planning to go shopping?"
"Maybe Central Court Market," Qingran was somewhat uncertain: "They're the ones arranging it."
Xie Ying'an pursed his lips and didn't say anything more. Upon reaching the entrance of Qingran's dormitory, he finally asked, "Can I invite your roommates to dinner tonight?"
Qingran looked back at him puzzled. The early morning sun still had a lingering reddish hue, and even the sprawling sunlight carried an orange tinge. The young man with black hair and black eyes bathed in the sunlight, still had that familiar striking, handsome face.
