"Why did she have to do this?" Shen Tan frowned.
She thought she was quite generous to her staff and couldn't figure out why someone would do this to her.
The assistant hesitated, "I heard some time ago that she borrowed a lot of money, could it be related to this?"
Shen Tan also knew that pursuing the reason now was meaningless; the urgency was to first resolve the client issue, "Help me set up a meeting with the client, I'll talk to her. See if we can rush another gown."
"There are only two days left before the client needs the gown, even if we rush now, won't it be too late?"
"Let's contact them first!"
The assistant went out to make the call but soon came back in with a distressed look towards Shen Tan, "The client is adamant, insisting on a refund and compensation."
Shen Tan slightly knitted her brows, "I understand, secure the gown for now, and negotiate with them about the compensation details."
"We're really going to compensate?" The assistant looked pained.
