The two ninjas, Ben and Alexis, whose name I heard through the crowds, faced off in the center of the village training ground. The air was electric with tension as they sized each other up, their movements fluid and deliberate. Ben, a skilled fire ninja, cracked his knuckles in preparation, while Alexis, a lightning ninja, flexed her fingers, her eyes flashing with electricity.
Without warning, Ben charged forward, summoning a wave of flames that engulfed the ground beneath Alexis's feet. Alexis leapt into the air, using her lightning-infused agility to avoid the flames, twisting midair to avoid the flamy kunai sent her way. Landing with the grace of a cat, she counterattacked with a bolt of lightning, which Ben barely dodged, his flames dancing across the ground as he moved.
The crowd watched in awe as the two ninjas clashed, their movements lightning-fast. Though, it was obvious that the lightning kunoichi had the upper hand in terms of speed,Ben was still able to keep up, well barely. Ben's flames danced across the ground, while Alexis's lightning crackled through the air. The two ninjas were evenly matched, each counterattacking the other's moves with ease.
Ben summoned a wall of flames, trying to trap Alexis, but she was too quick. She dodged and weaved a series of hand signs in rapid succession, using her lightning to propel herself through the flames. Alexis hand shot out "lightning style: Running beast fang"a series of rapid lightning bolts appeared, each one compressed into thick lightning chakra taking the form of tiger. They shot in sub sonic speed aimed at Ben's vital spots!.
Ben did a back handspring transitioned into a twisting backflip dodging few of the bolts and landed wincing, turns out some had grazed him, he weaved two set of hand sign.
'A pinnacle of chakra control reducing hand signs needed for some jutsu. Take for example the water dragon jutsu dat requires 52 hand signs, can be reduced to 20 with enough control and training'. Kelvin thought while trying his best to gain some experience from the battle.
"Fire style: Phoenix shuriken jutsu" Ben inhaled and exhaled a large stream of flames while throwing shurikens at precise speed at the rest of the incoming bolts, successfully using the flames of the shurikens to deflect the lightning bolts. But Alexis was relentless, her lightning bolts coming faster and faster. Ben stumbled back, his flames faltering under the onslaught.
Alexis sensed her chance and pressed her attack. She summoned a massive lightning beast, one that would incinerate Ben if it hit. But Ben was not out yet. He summoned a wave of flames that took the form of his ongoing jutsu 'A phoenix', one that would engulf Alexis and neutralize her lightning and worse making her ineffective to continue the spar.
The two attacks met in mid-air, the flames and lightning colliding in a spectacular display of energy.
'That's so fucking cool, though very dangerous, I can't wait till I can do ninjutsu' Kel thought to himself.

Slowly but surely, Ben's flames began to gain the upper hand. The lightning bolts began to falter, and Alexis stumbled back, her eyes wide with exertion. Ben took advantage of the opening and launched a final, desperate attack.
A wave of flames engulfed Alexis , threatening to consume her. But she refused to give up. With a Herculean effort, she summoned a final lightning bolt, one that would either defeat Ben or leave her exhausted.
The lightning bolt shot forward, aimed straight at Ben's chest. But Ben was ready. Using the last drop of chakra in his reserves, he used a basic and defensive jutsu "Earth style: Iron skin jutsu". He took the first wave of the attack head on while clenching his teeth, the jutsu held.
Barely!.
Through sheer willpower, Ben controlled nearby flames compressed, it to flame arrow and shot it straight at the incoming second and deadly wave.

Ben stood tall, his chest heaving with clothes smoking black the under skin reddened by lightning, face full of exertion, a triumphant smile on his face.
"Fuck yes!!! I knew Flame will win" Kel shouted with joy. "Hey, you are too young to curse" the woman beside Kel reprimand him although with a smile on her face.
The crowd erupted into cheers, their voices ringing out across the training grounds. Alexis smiled, her eyes shining with respect and admiration for her opponent. Ben had emerged victorious, his flames proving too much for Alexis 's lightning.
As the crowd dispersed, Ben and Alexis walked off the training grounds, their faces flushed with exertion. They had given it their all, each determined to emerge victorious. But in the end, it was Ben who had emerged victorious, his flames burning brighter than Alexis 's lightning.
The two ninjas parted ways, each one already planning their next move. The battle may have been over, but the war was far from won. Ben and Alexis would meet again on the battlefield, and next time, only one would emerge victorious.
