Anning only heard about Wu Linna the next morning.
She went to Wu Family's home to see Wu Linna at noon.
When Anning arrived, both Mr. Wu and Mrs. Wu were home.
The couple sat in the living room, sighing and visibly worried.
When they saw Anning, Mrs. Wu wanted to say something, but choked up the moment she opened her mouth.
"Nana?"
Anning quickly asked Mrs. Wu.
Mrs. Wu pointed towards Wu Linna's bedroom: "She's been in the room all this time, not coming out no matter who calls her. You go in and talk to her, she gets along so well with you, maybe she'll listen to you."
Anning nodded and walked to the bedroom door, knocking: "Nana, it's me."
After a while, Wu Linna opened the door.
Anning hurried in and shut the door behind her.
In just one night, Wu Linna seemed to have completely changed.
She sat on the bed, her long hair disheveled, her face unwashed and pale, looking extremely distressed.
Wu Linna's room was tidily arranged, the colors inside bright and distinct.
