Question:
What do you need to be a security guard at the pier?
A stable demeanor?
A gentle and polite attitude?
A determination to help people resolve troubles timely?
Or fists that can solve troubles?
The answer is actually just one, whoever is the trouble, they take care of them!
Most of the workers at the pier are from the lower strata of society, they haven't received much higher education, nor are they likely to read books to cultivate their sentiments during their time off.
Most of the time, they only speak foul language, and when they can't argue any further, they go headfirst into shoving, or even end up in physical altercations.
You can't teach these people to solve problems in a polite, gentle, and peaceful manner.
Just like giving them a third-grade math exam, they can't score perfectly!
It's too hard for them!
