"Liu Hun, do you think we'll encounter any danger next, like those undead skeletons and the Yellow Sand Python before?" Wu Dao asked Liu Hun as they continued walking through the passage.
"Yes." Liu Hun answered without hesitation.
"Hey, Liu my brother, at a time like this, can't you say something pleasant? Just for a bit of good luck?" Upon hearing Liu Hun's answer, Wu Dao was a bit displeased.
"Haven't you noticed that ever since we entered here, the farther we go, the hotter it gets? This is not a good sign." Liu Hun said solemnly.
With Liu Hun's reminder, Wu Dao also realized it. After feeling it carefully, he found that Liu Hun was indeed right.
The farther they went inside, the higher the temperature in the air; and this change defied conventional logic. If there were no danger ahead, it wouldn't even convince a ghost.
