His thoughts whirled rapidly in his mind, and Ronald soon realized that something had gone wrong with R'lyeh and Torrex below.
Almost instinctively, he hastened his pace and charged down the stairs.
The staircase leading downward was not particularly long, just about five meters deep and passing through a recently opened white stone door.
Ronald saw everything.
In a fairly sizable underground chamber, an eye-catching full-length mirror was situated a third of the way in. R'lyeh, who had just descended, was now kneeling on the ground, holding the original text of the "Silver Key."
