The atmosphere in the conference room grew heavy once more.
A woman suddenly raised her hand to signal: "What if we set up a trap for the White Ghost?"
"Set up a trap?" Allison wondered, "How do you plan to deal with him?"
"It's simple. He's an imperial hero. If we find a legitimate reason to arrest him, then he becomes a bargaining chip in our hands, with the Empire's immense public sentiment resting upon him."
An elderly person beside her said, "That's not a good idea. If it were on other planets, it might work, but here in Minter City, do you want the White Ghost to treat us like bugs?"
