The next day, Alaric woke up with a terrible headache.

He grabbed his head as he slowly sat up straight.
He looked around and realized that he was inside his room still wearing the formal clothes he wore last night.
I remember chatting and drinking with the commanders of the imperial army.
Recalling what had happened last night, he shook his head with a wry smile.
He had forgotten how many bottles of alcohol he had drunk since he stopped counting after the twentieth bottle.

"Your Highness, it's me! I brought your hungover soup!" Mathilda's voice echoed from outside the room.
Hearing this, Alaric rubbed his eyes and said. "Come inside and bring it here."

Mathilda, dressed in her working uniform, stepped inside. She pushed a cart with a bowl of soup.
Alaric could already smell the refreshing aroma of the soup. From its scent, he recognized a few herbs that aid in digestion and headaches.
