Marco was initially concerned, but when he heard the doctor's words, he was ecstatic.
"You mean… I can become a Mythical Knight?" His voice was filled with disbelief.
The old doctor smiled faintly and shook his head. "Like I said, I am still uncertain. We will only know once your energy core makes a full recovery. From my observations, it would take months or even a few years, so you must take your health seriously. Just eat more healthy food and don't forget the medicine we prescribed."
"Certainly! Thank you, doctors!" Marco's face was flushed with excitement.
The doctors didn't linger. They didn't want to make Alaric wait for too long so they left after bidding him farewell.
After they left, Alaric went to the side of Marco's bed and pulled a chair for himself. "Lord Marco, I came here as soon as I heard that you regained consciousness."
Marco wanted to sit up straight, but Alaric pushed his shoulder, stopping him from getting up.
