Fang Nan said mockingly, "Well, look who it is. If it isn't Su Qingxue! You're a real tagalong, following your husband everywhere."
But the Flame Witch retorted, "Su Qingxue? Who's that? I don't know her!"
"Still playing dumb, huh! We'll see about that," Fang Nan said disdainfully.
The Flame Witch looked utterly perplexed; she had no idea what this woman's problem was or why she was picking a fight right off the bat.
Fang Nan deliberately clung to Ye Fan, not giving him a chance to speak. She had intended to provoke the Flame Witch, but the latter remained completely expressionless, which took Fang Nan by surprise. She hadn't expected the Flame Witch to go off-script.
So, she got even more intimate with Ye Fan and kissed him on the spot. For some reason, this prompted the Flame Witch to aggressively storm over and push Fang Nan away.
