Then, further progression leads to Holding Core, where Holding Core experts can project Gang Qi outside the body.
Further progression leads to the Wolf Smoke Realm, with two characteristics: externally released Gang Qi can form a cultivation technique illusion, while internally practiced Gang Qi can form a domineering body shield.
Further progression leads to the Rainbow Realm.
The Rainbow Realm is an extension of the Wolf Smoke Realm, with substantial improvement in strength, allowing the martial arts illusion behind them to become more solidified, and granting some supernatural abilities.
After Rainbow, it is the Dragon Realm. Besides the aforementioned characteristics, in the Dragon Realm one can utilize Gang Qi to affect the external environment.
