"What could I possibly hide from you?"
Li Feng chuckled.
Wang Jin'er scoffed, "Li Feng, I'm not a brainless woman. You said you were leaving for a while because of something, and now you're suddenly back hugging me, blabbering about the CEO's image."
"You're just a hands-off shopkeeper; you don't care about major issues, yet you care about security?"
"Come on, what's really going on? At least give me a heads-up. You can't let something happen to me and leave me completely clueless."
Li Feng looked at the intelligent Wang Jin'er, realizing it's hard to fool such a smart woman: "As expected from the famous CEO Wang."
"Stop humoring me. Weren't you off to participate in that Martial Arts Tournament? Did you offend someone powerful?"
"Is the other side going to use me to threaten you?"
Wang Jin'er wasn't new to kidnapping. Her father had assigned bodyguards to her before in similar situations, so she was quick to catch on.
