After the Headless Emperor left, Nangong Yao finally opened her eyes, looking bewildered.
"The Headless Emperor just helped you activate your physique, greatly increasing your power."
Ye Xuan looked at Nangong Yao and said calmly.
"What? The Headless Emperor?"
Nangong Yao stared at the headless figure moving away, her face full of complexities.
"Do you know who he is to you?"
Ye Xuan asked.
"I don't know; I just feel a sense of familiarity. Seeing his downfall evokes an inexplicable sadness in me, even though I don't know him at all."
Nangong Yao shook her head.
"It's alright if you don't know; you'll find out in the future. Let's go in."
Ye Xuan didn't dwell on such matters. He patted Nangong Yao on the shoulder and then turned to walk towards the ship's cabin.
This matter could probably only be clarified from the mouths of those Sealing Emperor strong people; thinking too much is useless.
