"Dad!" Qin Moran called out anxiously, not expecting her father to react this way toward her mother.
"Be quiet and listen to your father! Let's go!"
With a laugh, Qin Jie grabbed Qin Moran's hand and looked at the family patriarch seated at the head of the table. "Patriarch, we're leaving now!"

As the old man waved them off, Qin Jie strode confidently out, pulling Qin Moran along. His face was full of a complex, mocking expression.
