Jiang Ning appeared in front of Zhong Yue and the old beggar with Zhong Ling.
Upon hearing Jiang Ning's compliments, the old beggar immediately nodded.
"Then tell me, what is the name of this old man? What is my background?"

As he spoke, Jiang Ning reached out and drew the cowering Zhong Ling from behind him.
"Grandpa Xuan!" Zhong Ling muttered, looking at Zhong Yue.
"Zhong Mansion Envoy, I am entrusting Miss Zhong Ling to you safely! I have other matters to attend to, so I'll be taking my leave!" Jiang Ning cupped his hands.
"Alright!" Zhong Yue nodded.
Then, looking at his great-granddaughter, he said, "Come over quickly!"
