It's quite a spectacle, really, for the attacking side to surrender to the defending side.
It also reflects, from one aspect, the complete collapse of Bulan's military morale.
No matter how Bulan Kingdom propagandized, the fact that front-line combat troops surrendered without a fight was proof enough that Bulan Kingdom had reached its wits' end.
