"BOSS, Mr. Steve is here."
As the two were talking, the hotel manager James walked up to Lu Liang and quietly said.
Lu Liang followed his gaze and saw Su Shimin. The two exchanged smiles from a distance.
Su Shimin was like some evil overlord; his arrival instantly reduced the lively atmosphere of the venue to a freezing point.
Some people even intentionally avoided his gaze, afraid of being discovered and attending Lu Liang's welcome banquet without invitation.
"Ms. Ivan, my apologies, I'll be excusing myself for a moment." Lu Liang smiled and walked toward Su Shimin.
To everyone's astonishment, the two met and were delighted as if they were old friends who hadn't seen each other in years. Su Shimin smiled and said, "Lu Liang, it's great to see you in New York."
Lu Liang smiled and replied, "I'm glad you made it tonight."
"Are you interested in chatting somewhere else?" Su Shimin asked.
"Where?" Lu Liang asked.
"Let's go to our usual meeting place."
