Thud thud thud! Thud thud thud!
The gloomy thudding of the horse's hooves filled the air as a knight, draped in a black robe and carrying a black coffin on his back, galloped across the black plains on a black steed.
Behind him, seven or eight grotesque nightmare creatures chased after the knight tenaciously, sticking to him like gum under a shoe.
A humanoid nightmare creature, covered in blood, bellowed, "Black Coffin! You can't escape, so you might as well surrender and let me end it quickly for you!"
"That's right, that's right!" another nightmare creature, which looked like a warty toad but as large as a calf, chimed in, "We've worked together before, so out of old times' sake, we guarantee a quick end for you!"
The knight glanced back; those two nightmare creatures had been his companions a month ago.
But now, they had become bounty hunters pursuing him.
The knight's left hand touched his waist, and a black bean appeared in his hand.
