Outside the massive isolation chamber, Richard and Ulysses stood before a giant transparent glass wall, quietly observing a group of infants still in incubation pods inside the chamber.
"Yes."
Richard gazed at these infants with a complicated expression, knowing that cultivating Subhuman Wizards had already violated the Wizard Experimentation Law set by the Truth Council.
Even a Great Wizard would be thrown to the frontline to atone for such a red-line violation.
However, if his hypothesis was correct, the Wizard Civilization's war situation would undergo a significant transformation. He would consequently gain a large share of Power of Dimension, laying the foundation for achieving Truth in the future.
As a Great Wizard, achieving Truth was no longer a mere fantasy.
Especially since Richard had already reached the Five Rings.
