Leon was unwilling to truthfully disclose his plans, and naturally, Isily didn't know why Leon was acting that way, as long as he didn't make her do anything unethical or immoral, that would be enough.

Leon comforted Isily because his actions were merely on a whim, and honestly, he was not in such a hurry to become the Dragon God. After all, he wasn't afraid of any gods now, unless he was deliberately courting death... and even then, it's not so easy to meet one's doom. He wasn't that concerned with the Golden Finger reward.
