Chapter 350 - Chapter 350: Summoning Element Domain?

Before long, Casso's expression regained clarity. Seeing himself so restrained left him furious and suffocated. Several times he wanted to strike with full power, yet both obstructing Summoned Beasts kept cutting him off.

So, he simply turned to slaughter the Beast first—take down the core controller before anything else.

But the Dream Beast wasn't that easy to deal with. With a Commander-level monster physique, and mastery over both Shadow and Psychic, it dodged effortlessly and laid down illusions.

At that moment, Mo Fan rushed back again, constantly harassing him.

One man and two beasts together firmly suppressed Caso, even faintly gaining the upper hand.

In the original timeline, Mo Fan was the one being completely overpowered. It had taken two Mages from the Parthenon Temple to finally subdue Casso. But now it was entirely different—not only had Mo Fan's cultivation advanced, but he also had two powerful allies.

The two Temple Mages watching in secret were somewhat shaken. Oluna muttered softly:

"These two Commander-level Summoned Beasts… they both belong to China's National Team member, Lu Jun, don't they? His third element is Summoning."

"Incredible. Even his third element is this strong. I can't imagine how terrifying his Primary and Secondary elements must be. In all his previous trials, he's barely revealed his true strength, keeping so low-key… It seems he really is a once-in-a-generation threat to our nation."

Oluna quietly recorded this down. Her younger brother happened to be a member of the American National Team, though sadly only a reserve.

Rumble!!

The great battle at the port raged on. While Mo Fan directly faced Casso, the rest of the National Team members clashed with the Red Ornament Society's subordinates, cutting them down like a sharp blade through bamboo.

Seeing this, Casso grew secretly anxious. If his subordinates continued dying, he'd be left utterly alone. Worse, a heavy sense of crisis weighed down on him—it was very possible he could die here.

"Three combatants… the weakest is that Mermaid Summoned Beast. If I eliminate her, only then will my Earth Magic be fully unleashed!"

Casso observed carefully, then made his decision. Suddenly, he turned and charged with ferocity straight toward the graceful figure within the misty waters offshore.

Mo Fan's expression changed—he knew the enemy was making a desperate stand. He hurried to give chase.

"Out of my way!"

With an impatient swing of his fist, Casso sent Mo Fan flying, hurling him a hundred meters across the air. Mo Fan crashed through the port buildings in succession.

Just as the Mermaid Spirit was about to face Casso's frenzied bombardment alone—

At that very moment, Lu Jun, having just finished dealing with Bi Jiang, arrived in a state of soul-projection.

Buzz… Buzz…

A translucent, solidified phantom manifested above the Mermaid's head. Lu Jun's entire form radiated holiness, carrying a tranquil aura. Gentle, surging waterlight reflected with every movement, while three star rivers spun around his heart—Water, Summoning, and Psychic.

This spirit form was completely different from when he had soul-projected at Yanming Temple to fight the Evil Spirit. Because his chosen elements differed, naturally the manifested image outside differed as well.

Lu Jun's gaze grew thoughtful. Looking ahead at Casso's monstrous figure charging over, even he was slightly astonished.

Then, without time for deeper observation, his soul abruptly dove downward—merging seamlessly into the Mermaid Spirit!

"It… actually works?"

Lu Jun's lips curled in slight joy. His soul embedded into a soft, elastic current, taking complete control of the Mermaid's body. At once, the combined energies of Summoning, Psychic, and Water overflowed.

Rumble!!!

Upon the sea, that gentle and elegant silhouette suddenly erupted with terrifying might.

Behind the coldly beautiful mermaid maiden, a brilliant star-lit Water Vortex unfolded, encircled outwardly by a pitch-dark North Sea Ring.

Lu Jun whispered softly:

"Xuan Weight!"

In an instant, with him at the center, the hundred-meter radius fell under the control of the North Sea Domain. The air twisted, the sea surface collapsed, and an overwhelming gravity pressed downward. Deep-blue waters dyed into pitch-black, every droplet condensed as if forged from steel.

Crash!

Casso plunged in, his small-giant frame instantly submerged into the North Sea Domain. Waters from all sides squeezed down with crushing force, bones creaking under the unbearable strain.

"Arghhh!"

He screamed in agony, blood-green radiance flaring around him as he tried desperately to tear free of the domain.

But Lu Jun remained unmoved, expression solemn. He spat out two more commanding words:

"Extreme Yin! Tides!"

Whoooosh!!

The heavy North Sea began slowly rotating, faster and faster, until it condensed into a massive whirlpool of annihilation. A chilling aura of death pervaded, wiping out all traces of life.

No matter how tough Casso's body was, he couldn't withstand the triple-effect crushing. His flesh was eroded, layers peeling away, bones shattered, reduced piece by piece into powder.

At last, with a squelch, a spurt of blood rose upon the pitch-black sea, utterly out of place amid the surrounding waters.

Swish, swish!

Mo Fan and the Night Thunder Dream Beast shifted through Shadow Escape, arriving in this region. Their expressions showed astonishment as they looked at the drastically transformed Mermaid Spirit.

At this moment, Lu Jun ignored Mo Fan, instead carefully immersing himself in his current state. As the Dream Beast approached, a powerful connection suddenly formed between him, the Night Thunder Dream Beast and the Sacred Spirit Water Maiden.

This was an experience he had never encountered before—it was as though the three of them were about to prop up an entire Domain together.

With Psychic as the hub, Summoning as the axis, the three shared their strength. Using the triangle as a foundation, a field was constructed.

"Could this be… the exclusive Domain of Summoning?"

Lu Jun was astonished. Summoning did indeed possess High-Order Domains, but most Summoners never managed to cultivate one—it was far more difficult than elemental domains.

Some Summoners held Rampage Domains, which when unleashed, could awaken the ancient bloodlines of Summoned Beasts across a wide range, temporarily elevating their combat strength. Combined with Gate of Beast Tide, it was practically invincible. Others had Evolution Domains, a supportive field that subtly nourished Summoned Beasts on a large scale.

But now, having studied the Spirit-Carving Method, and contracted with two top-tier Summoned Beasts, Lu Jun seemed to have touched this very threshold.

The key was that both of Lu Jun's Summoned Beasts matched with his attributes. The Water-element Spirit was self-explanatory, especially with Psychic as its secondary. Meanwhile, the Night Thunder Dream Beast Nightmare Domain could merge with his Fantasy Domain.

However, even though his Summoning Domain felt ready to emerge, it still lacked something. The connection with the Night Thunder Dream Beast remained weaker—after all, it was a Dimensional Beast, not a Contract Beast tied by life itself.

"Wait… perhaps the Basic Tier Fifth Level of Dimensional Summoning could further strengthen our resonance."

Lu Jun pondered. The Fourth Level – Borrowed Power already allowed him to temporarily wield one of the Night Rakshasa's abilities. In terms of closeness, this already surpassed the average Summoner's bond with Dimensional Beasts. But it still fell short of the intimacy of a true Life Contract.

As soon as the thought came, he began testing. Fortunately, the White Tiger Pendant's stored soul essences were abundant—about two hundred Servant-level. However, his Warrior-level essences had been depleted earlier when strengthening his Space Element telekinesis.

The Fifth Level of Basic Summoning required seven Warrior-level essences.

Luckily, Lu Jun's White Tiger Pendant also contained three or four Commander-level Remnant Souls, accumulated since the Ancient Capital, all the way through the Australian Sea Battle.

Commander-level Remnant Souls held immense energy, though far less versatile than intact Soul Essences—awkward and somewhat wasteful if left unused.

In the original story, Mo Fan often used them to summon Ghost Shadows, or to expand Gate of Beast Tide units.

Lu Jun, however, directly infused three Commander-level Remnant Souls into his moon-white Star River, reinforcing the seven central Stars.
