Thus when Hei Ao launched his attack, she could only counter with her swordsmanship.
However, Eastern Gate Orchid's expertise in swordsmanship was clearly not as formidable as her White Lotus Palm.
Adding to that, Hei Ao was somewhat infuriated, and after several exchanges, he surprisingly began to gain the upper hand.
Unfortunately for Hei Ao, he was now at his wits' end.
The intense battle, coupled with the energy expended in facing previous challengers, left him with little stamina.
After a forceful onslaught, he failed to take down Eastern Gate Orchid. Instead, after she recovered, she counterattacked with one palm strike of the White Lotus Palm, sending him flying to the ground where he knelt, unable to recover quickly, with Eastern Gate Orchid holding a sword to his neck.
