Chapter 11 - Son Goku

After thinking hard about how to get rich, Tien finally felt a big weight lift from his shoulders. It was like a heavy burden had been taken away. His mind was clear, and he felt calm and confident.

"I will take care of the money," Tien said with a calm smile. His voice was steady, showing he believed in what he was saying.

"Until then, Chappa will tell his people that they will be leaving soon," Tien continued. "They need to get ready to move."

"Get everything organized here first," he said, "then travel to the empty land I chose for the kingdom."

"If you have any trouble getting there, ask Yamcha for help," Tien added.

He looked at Yamcha, hoping he would agree to help. The place they were going to was very far and had rough weather. It was not a place normal people could reach easily. They would need a strong protector like Yamcha.

Yamcha did not seem to mind at all. With Puar, his close friend, away on a vacation and him newly single, he didn't have any plans. This was a good chance to try something new and exciting.

"It's okay. You can count on me," Yamcha said calmly. His voice was easy and relaxed.

"I will keep everyone safe and make sure they get to the place without trouble," Yamcha promised.

"Chappa, Nam, let's work together and finish everything quickly," Yamcha said with a bright smile.

Yamcha reached out and casually grabbed Chappa and Nam by the shoulders. The two men were serious type, so they were surprised by Yamcha's friendly, easy way.

They felt proud and lucky that such a powerful man trusted and got along with them so well. Tien had found very good partners.

With Yamcha's help, they felt more sure that they could travel to the distant land without losing anyone or facing too many problems.

"Thank you, Yamcha," Tien said with a warm smile.

"I will leave them in your care. Please watch over them and make sure they arrive safely."

Tien waved his hand in goodbye and flew straight up into the sky. The students below watched in amazement. They had never seen a human fly before, and it was like magic to them.

Chappa and Nam followed Tien with their eyes closely. They knew this flying was not magic but a special skill using Ki energy.

"What a powerful and strange energy," Chappa thought. He felt excited to learn about Ki himself. He cracked his knuckles and prepared his body and mind.

He couldn't wait to start working under Tien. He planned to gather all the people soon and tell them the news, they would begin their new life under Tien's rule.

Whoosh!

While the others prepared, Tien sped through the bright blue sky. His new destination was Goku's house, near Mount Paozu, a tall mountain surrounded by forests.

Tien had Goku's exact address saved on his phone. It was at 58N 018, 439 East District. This place was far away from Nam's small village.

Now, flying alone, Tien moved at full speed, not slowing down for anyone.

It took him less than an hour to reach the mountain and fly toward Goku's home.

Finding Goku was easy. Tien just followed the strongest power he had ever sensed, even stronger than his own.

That strong power felt Tien coming too. Soon, Tien saw a man with spiky black hair waving happily at him. That man was Son Goku.

"Hey, Tien!" Goku called out with a big, friendly smile.

"You have gotten much stronger since we last met."

"What brings you here? Are you here to see my son, Gohan?"

Goku's energy was so bright and positive that it made his huge power feel safe and kind.

Tien smiled back at Goku, his old rival. This warm feeling was what had changed many fighters, including Tien himself.

Tien laughed softly and waved back. He landed in front of Goku and asked, with a small look of confusion,

"Gohan?"

He tilted his head in question.

"Who is that? Are you talking about your grandpa, Gohan?"

Tien thought quietly to himself that Goku's son, a half-Saiyan with great potential, had finally been born.

This son was named after his grandfather, Son Gohan, the future strong warrior and hero called the Saiyaman.

But Goku had not told Tien about this yet, so Tien pretended he did not know.

Goku looked a little surprised and then remembered.

"Oh, right! I forgot to tell you."

Goku hit his palm with his hand as if to say "oops."

"I have a son. His name is Gohan. He is only one year old, very small."

Goku showed with his hands how tiny his baby was. Tien nodded, listening carefully like a good friend.

Goku talked for a while about his little son, wondering how such a small baby could grow big and strong one day.

He wanted to start training Gohan in martial arts soon, but his wife Chichi said they had to wait until Gohan was older.

Goku felt deep inside that Gohan was different and might not have to wait so long.

But since this was his first time being a father, Goku decided to listen to Chichi's advice. Her father seemed wise and experienced.

After talking about his family, Goku suddenly remembered why Tien had come.

"Oh, sorry! You came here for something else, and I just kept talking about my son."

Goku rubbed the back of his head and smiled. Tien laughed too. It seemed Goku still wanted to train Gohan early.

Tien knew that later on, Goku would probably give up and wait for Gohan to grow before starting serious training.

Tien thought it was too bad because Gohan was a Saiyan and needed to train hard. But this was Goku's family, and Tien could not interfere.

All he could do was give advice and let the parents choose what was best.

"Don't worry, Goku. It is normal for new dads to be excited," Tien said, waving his hand.

"That's what I heard Launch say, though I don't know much about kids myself."

"If you want my opinion, your son should be stronger than most children."

"You could start with some light training. It is good for kids to be active and learn."

Tien gave this small piece of advice and stopped talking. He didn't want to say too much, or it might make Goku uncomfortable.

Goku seemed happy that Tien agreed with him. He planned to talk more with Chichi and start training Gohan soon.

After thinking a moment, Goku looked at Tien and asked,

"So, if you didn't come here to see Gohan, then why are you here?"

Tien took out his phone and opened the map app.

He zoomed out to show Goku a large map of the Eastern hemisphere and began to explain his reason.

"Back when you fought the Red Ribbon Army, did you find a strange cave?"

Tien described the cave carefully. This cave was very important to him.

This hidden cave held the secret to becoming very rich. As long as Tien knew where it was, he would have all the money he needed.
